1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Fonerio, we offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Visa

All payments are processed in Norwegian Krone (NOK).

All payments are processed securely in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations and Norwegian financial regulations.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed.

2.A. Failed or Duplicate Payments  
If a payment fails or is processed multiple times in error, we will automatically issue a refund for the duplicate or failed transaction within 5–7 business days.  

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices listed on the Fonerio are in Norwegian Krone (NOK).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes are included in the price.

3.A. VAT and Fees  
All prices displayed on our website include Norwegian VAT (MVA) and any applicable fees. No hidden charges will be added at checkout.

4. Secure Payment Processing

  • The Fonerio uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your transactions are secure.
  • We do not store your credit card or payment details.
  • All card transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) to comply with EU PSD2 regulations.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you experience any issues, please contact us first at support@fonerio.com

5.A. Payment Dispute Resolution  
If you have a dispute regarding a payment, you may contact us first at support@fonerio.com. Norwegian and EU customers may also seek resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • Fonerio reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value transactions.
